Emma's first 12 mile ride!

Hi my  name is Emma! (I'm 8 years old.) Today I went on my first twelve  mile bike ride.

It was a great accomplishment to me. Although I'm starting pretty early in the story.

Here goes. First I woke up at nine o' clock in morning. (Because it's Summer of course!) The electricity was out. (Unfortunately.)Then I got stuck in the book Pendragon. Then I heard a loud noise. Boom! ( You were supposed to jump.) All of the sudden the lights came back on. ( halliughuagh) My luck had just changed . Now this is how I got to go on the bike ride. "Hey Jim let's go on a bike ride today" My mom said. My dad answered " Okay!" Then I asked "Can I come with you." Then this is the places I went. I went to whole foods,  the bike store, and back home. I learned a lot  I learned what to say when your passing someone, how to ride on the street, and when to stop.
